In view of demographic changes, Werner & Mertz sees one of its most important areas of work as personnel development: This includes modern process-related training for younger people as well as attractive options for qualification. The basis for employee-oriented further education plans at Werner & Mertz is the so-called "process-feedback meetings". These are carried out at least once per year by the management and employees. In addition, there are also training plans for each department.
