Product Supply

Large-scale series of detergents and cleaners are produced in multi-functional units in Mainz, whereas small-scale series and special products are produced in Hallein/Austria.

Both locations are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities enabling us to meet customer demands in an economically and ecologically efficient way. We achieve this flexibility by means of short optimized methods and smooth process flows. Up to 10,000 cans, tubes, bottles, or canisters can be filled per hour. Our supplier Alpla provides fast packaging supplies. The packing material manufacturer produces plastic containers on our premises thus eliminating some 1,500 truck journeys every year.

Comprehensive quality management

A short and smooth transport from the supplier via the manufacturer and shops to the end customer is crucial for the company’s success: Therefore, Werner & Mertz uses management tools along the total value chain and has implemented a total quality management (TQM) system.

Quality management in the Product Development and Product Supply is certified according to ISO 9001. ISO 9001 is a worldwide recognized standard for specifying and proving an established quality management system; besides many internal processes it also guarantees specific, consistent product quality.
